Garment nothing like picture. Not a jumper at all but a nylon top. It was 35 dollars and a total rip off. Now trying to return!

Scam! I received my purchase and my husband hated it. Very poor quality. Reached out to the company and received no response. STAY AWAY!

Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased also. What looked like a nice sweatshirt at only 50 bucks came back with a Carhartt emblem on it. There was no Carhart emblem on the picture of the item when I ordered it. I sent them pictures of what I saw when I ordered it and what I received to show them there was a difference, and they said they were sorry. no explanation as to why the Carhartt emblem was on the shirt. All they said was I would have to return the item to China before they can give me a refund, it would cost me more than the item was worth to ship it back. So they offered me the 10% discount on my next purchase. Ha!! Besides that, it took a MONTH to get to me. Not a friggin’ chance in hell would I recommend them.

I'm along with everybody else. I would give it a zero but you have to put something there in order to rate it. Negative zero would actually be my response to this. They are horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible company. Stay as far away from them as you possibly can. Do not ever order from them. They're a bunch of thieves. They steal your money and that's about the extent of it completely. Stay away from them. You will never ever ever get your money back out of them. Like I said they are thieves. All they do is steal from people.

i have used three different ones to no avail.
Bought a solar globe for my grandson which arrived cracked. Just no response from them at all. It wasnt cheap either.
I would like to pursue this and report them to the relevant organisation. I shall get advice If anybody can advise me please do,

I've put one star only because I can't put zero. Absolutely awful, the product took 6 weeks to turn up then the sizing was completely different to their site and the quality was poor. Told the coat was waterproof and it absolutely wasn't, not even Showerproof. Tried to get my money back and they stalled by emailing silly request for over 3 weeks, then the most I could get out of them was that I pay the return postage to China and they give me 20% refund. If course its been over 3 months now and I haven't received a penny and they aren't responding to any emails now. Such a complete scam they should be sued.

The poorist quality of product. Dangerous for a baby and would not pass any safety regulations. I ordered the peek a boo bear & it was absolutely horrible.
I complained to the company & sent photos. They even agreed the stuffing usedwas from a different supplier & qualuty was poor but they wont give me a refund unless I return the bear to China at my expense & they cannot confirm if they will ever receive it "due to the virus". I cannot believe I forgot to read reviews for this company but hopefully anyone reading this review will be warned to stay away from this company.

This company is absolutely horrible to deal with. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM. Quality of the item (a coat) was massively inferior and cheap. Their website in no way, express or implied, says that items purchased in the U.S.A. would have to be returned to CHINA. We've been fleeced before by other companies doing this unethical business practice and return shipping halfway around the world almost always is as much or more than the original purchase price. We've been going round and round now for 7 weeks and all they send are automated email responses, no phone number to talk to anyone locally. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

Do not buy from here! I too ordered a windbreaker coat - it's way too small, really poor quality, the stitching is bad and the fabric is thin - nothing like the ad photo. I can't wear it! I can't believe i was stupid enough to fall for this advert! They've been giving me the run around, asking to send photos, saying they won't pay for shipping, asking me to wait until they have spoken to the nearest warehouse, they even suggested giving it to someone else!!!...It's really frustrating - I am £45 out of pocket which i can't afford atm... :(

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a windbreaker that looked great in the ad and said came from US warehouses so I thought quality would be ok. I later found out item came from china- despite ordering based on size chart and ordering up a size I got a garment that would fit a small teenager. I tried immediately to return it and since 10/23/22 I get 1 response a day with stall tactics - offers of 10% refund to keep the item and being told they "just found out" the US warehouses closed and I would have to ship back to China and that cost would be more than my item. They act in bad faith and want you to just get frustrated and give up. They communicate from an email with a different name and your charge for order is yet another name. This is not a legitimate - quality company - save your money and stay away!

Like all the other reviews I have read on your site, I too received a rain jacket that I ordered according to their size chart. It was way too small. Was offered a 10% refund. When I advised them that was unacceptable, they offered to discuss the refund amount and I would be responsible for the shipping, but offered no link/directions for me to find out the cost. Also, I would not receive the refund until they received the merchandise and it would take a long time due to Covid to get back to China. They just give you the run around and are not clear on how to return merchandise. I would have given zero stars but not an option.
When I tried to leave a review on their website, it told me it couldn't confirm my email, and it was the one I was using to communicate with them!

can i rate 0? bought a raincoat which took 2 weeks to arrive. i am trying to return it, as it doesn't fit and cannot get an answer from the company on how to return it. do NOT order from them!

Would like to put 0 stars. Ordered a raincoat which actually arrived within 2 weeks but much too small. They did reply quickly requesting photos !! however my
e mails have all bounced back rejected.

Ordered raincoat via Facebook link, came in reasonable time, but sizing is totally wrong! I'm a UK 14 so ordered the UK 14/16 as it says oversized, but can't even do it up! In the image the coat comes to the models knees, it only reaches mid thigh on me. Have been trying to return for the past 2 weeks, but they keep asking for pictures???? so I've sent about 100 in the end, so they couldn't ask for more. They have been offering me 10% refund, which is no good to me as I can't wear the coat? Then they try and say the return will be too expensive and take too long? It didn't take too long to arrive? Don't know the cost as don't know where to return it? So it's back and forth back and forth. Not solution as yet. Don't buy from this retailer.

Do not get anything from GETFORBEST! I bought a pair of pants that turned out to be two sizes too small. Their return policy is to offer 10% of the purchase. They will not ship a correct pair nor accept a return.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GETFORBEST OR HEDY MOLLY! This company does not have an office in the United States and you have to deal with China. They have a horrible return policy which is, essentially, that you cannot return for a refund any merchandise that you purchase! They offer a 10% refund and if you holler and scream, they will eventually offer 35%. That means that you are out 65% of what you paid and you are stuck with their merchandise. The quality of the shoes we purchased is so sub-standard as to be a joke. If you need shoes, do business with Zappos which pays shipping in both directions and has a no-questions-asked return policy. BEWARE!
