I've ordered a Heider AGX torch las 9 August and I haven't received any feedback. I have no money, no torch and no answer to a lot of mails. I have tried to call them to Turkey, they don't speak English, French or Spanish. Very bad experience. Today I've put a complain to the police because this is a scam !! The transaction was through payU system. Neither answer nor money. I'm really disappointed and angry

I have placed my order at METEM INTERNATIONAL BV: My Invoice # 3300000149 for Order # EUSTORCH-000000038
I ordered the Heider Torch AGX on August 18th, 2016 - the company has ignored my 3 e-mails pulling them for a delivery date - I am getting no response at all.
I am sure that I will never ever see that torch.
Finally after 2 1/2 month and 3 telephone calls I got my fantastic flashlight...
