I have had an on-going issue with cans of John Smith bitter developing very small holes and all the beer leaking away. Presumably this is due to a combination of very thin can walls and impurities in the metal. Heineken Customer Services refused to take responsibility for this issue. Shameful!

I am very impressed with the 0.0 Heineken beer I have tried several of the alternative 0.0 beers on the market and have found that the Heineken 0.0 has the taste nearest to an alcoholic beer on the market

This beer tastes like ass. Hate to be blunt, but even bud light tastes better than this.

This new silver beer is terrible sorry I fell for the buy one get one. Long time beer driker i think yueling silver has it all over this product and brewed in the usa at 4.2 percent. Dont get me wrong love regular heineken and always will.

Don't buy the David dispenser @ £1000+ three years on and the Carel controller is obsolete (s**te)

If the quality lager was a word then it would be Heineken.
In fact, their recipe of beer production is simple as a pie, but anyway they somehow have managed to conquer world's popularity. This is one of the most recognized companies in the world due to the quality stuff they are making.
I do also know they produce another production, aside from brewing.

I run a Heineken pub and i wouldn't touch them.
terrible support from our rep, he has stopped even replying to our emails, we cant even get beer mats.
there are much better company's to go through if your looking to open a beer pub.

We visit our local Heineken pub several times a week due to home improvements.
The menu says its £3.80 for vodka lemonade, mentioned spirits (smirnoff) includes a mixer. Our local charges extra for mixer unless you state the menu price! Nearly £5!
Food is so expensive that it puts you off eating there. £5.90 for a very small portion of chips. £13 for less than childs size roast. Food is mediocre at best. Alot of microwaved food, not fresh. Pies that they use are £1.25 in aldi yet they charge £9.50. This pub isn't in London. Its as far north as you get. Bar staff are lovely until you get the owners and they are miserable as sin and charge you even more. For a northern local boozer its terrible.
Our latest visit really will be our last. Weve given it enough chances and to be honest I'm fed up of it. Owners do not like dealing with complaints, they will just tell you to leave! And not come back. Terrible place yet the bar staff are wonderful and couldn't do enough. Owners of this place really do let the pub down.

Damn how disappointing that Heineken says on their website they care about Ukrainian people but in the mean time releasing a Guinness copy in order to take that market.

Please chance your website to "we care about money" I doubt you keep you factories open in russia for your employees.

The recent promotion of 4 x 330ml of Heinken Silver for free.
They assume that everydoby has a mobile phone so it is discriminating against those who do not have a mobile phone and would like to have a physical voucher instead.
They also assume that everybody can get to an actual Tesco store what about housebound disabled people who rely on delivery services. Discrimination again.
Yet again these companies take for granted what the inept marketing team who came up with idea is in possession of. Dictatorship comes to mind.
They never consider others.
It is about time you raised the level of your commitment to your customers by including disabled and those who do not want or need mobile phones.

Does not provide a good image for your company.

I love Heineken beer, especially 0% alcohol is fantastic!!!!

I have been enjoying the flavor of Heineken for about 15 years now. Today I purchased a 12 pack of Heineken Light. It was the biggest mistake I have ever made with a Heineken product. I bought a 12 pack of bottles and all I can taste is a horrible aluminum taste. I was thinking maybe possibly it was because of the cap. I wipe the top of the bottle once I opened it, absolutely did not help. I poured it in a glass, did not help. This is the most waste of money and disappointing product I have ever purchased from heineken. I hate the thought of changing beers because the taste of Heineken is just a unique taste and I very much preferred I have been a long time Drinker of beer. I have had many different beer since I was 12 years old. And I am now 55. From Heineken splits, miller, genesee, budweiser, but ice, michelob, all of their varieties and I landed on the flavor of Heineken and have not deterred from it. However, today with purchasing this and the flavor of this was the most disappointing and I there are no words to express how disappointed I am. There have been times I have had a skunk behind again and I would take that taste over this taste a million times. So sad that I experience this I'm so very very very disappointed.

In the can or keg is good but the bottle is absolutely discusting

SHOCKINGLY BAD DELIVERY SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! how do they even have any customers left?? They use a company for deliveries that just don't care about the customer or the businesses they deliver to, they are rude, selfish, inconsistent, inconsiderate, ignorant and most probably the cheapest service Heineken can find. They don't let you know when the delivery will be and expect you to be on site out of hours and if you are not at a premises sometimes 5 hours before opening when they are they will drive away not allowing you any time to meet them and Heineken expect you to then pay for a courier to deliver you're order the next day or you wait a whole week when it is their delivey companies incompetence that is at fault. There is no business sense or even common sense in treating your customers like this Heineken, you are wasting staff wages, customers time and petrol operating in this way. I would rather pay more and go elsewhere with a higher regard and appreciation for their customers, if you are thinking of using them as a supplier DONT!
