No refund or company contact - scammed

I ordered online to a UK address. Order arrived promptly with no issues. I looked into the returns process to return a wrong size. The website requires you to fill out an online form which I did two days in a row. There was no email acknowledgment or any further communication over 4 days later. I emailed both email addresses listed as company support and have had no response. I have attempted to contact the company over Instagram also with no response. Please do not purchase directly from the Hélas company website - they will make your legal right to return an online purchase completely impossible and scam you.
