More like Getfucked

More like Getfucked. They make sure there's no way to contact them, but they harass you with notifications and ads for their products. The only way you can get in touch with them is when they inevitably call you to sell another one of their shit products and you harass them in return. I filed a dental claim in early January and never heard back from them until I managed to get a hold of them when they called me for another of their stupid upsells. Then they sent me documents that had been written months earlier but that they somehow forgot to send me.
Their app is full of bugs and useless. Find a more serious insurance company.

I had a very positive experience with…

I had a very positive experience with Getsafe. The whole process was smooth, fast, and easy to understand, which is especially important when dealing with insurance.

The app is user-friendly, everything is clearly explained, and I really appreciated how quickly I could set everything up without unnecessary complications. Customer support was also responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.

Overall, Getsafe makes insurance feel simple and modern. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient solution.

Slow Support and Lack of Customer Focus

I had an issue with renewing my liability insurance. In the app, there was a message saying that I needed to contact support. I reached out via email and described the situation. They replied a week later asking me to clarify the issue (even though I had already explained everything and provided my account details).

Realizing that the next response would likely take another week, I simply created a new account and purchased the insurance there.

A couple of weeks later, support finally got back to me saying that I needed to pay €1.64 for the old policy and that, as a gesture of goodwill, they would allow my new account to remain active.

This is despite the fact that I had bonus credits on the old account, which I couldn’t use due to the slow support response — which is exactly what led me to create a new account and purchase insurance without using those accumulated bonuses.

At this point, I am already questioning whether I made the right choice in selecting your insurance company.
