Doctor Fletcher is the best person on earth , I'm 60 and have been struggling for years. Everyone I reached out too , mistreated me , recommended I do silly things that r a waste of time and did not have the knowledge or education to recognize my problem and the severity of it. However doctor Fletcher had me figured out by the way I was talking to her on the phone. She asked me questions that pertained to my problem. Iam so grateful to have chosen her and I will want her help forever. I cry now about how others just looked at me and told me to go home, I did nothing for 3 years , now , I'm able to work and function to succeed. It is Doctor Fletcher that opened the door and permitted me to now strive towards success. I think she should charge more because of her value.

I had been seen the same Psychiatrist for quite a while (previously to Dr. Davidson) who over time, has started to not be compassionate nor listen to what *I* *the patient* is saying/experiencing regarding how the past month has been. I found Dr. Davidson last week and met with her and oh man what a 180 in the experience I had with her over the previous Dr. Dr. Davidson was very compassionate, listened to me without me feeling like "ok hurry up" or over talking me as I'm sharing why I'm here, how these last few months have been, etc. I did not feel rushed, I could tell she was looking at me intensely while I was sharing myself to her and my struggles. She and I both laughed a few times. I thoroughly enjoyed it and wanted to do this survey to share my experience. I wasn't paid for this survey, I just wanted to do it to share that I believe if you are looking for a transfer to a new Psychiatrist, or you're brand new to seeing a Psychiatrist, that Dr. Davidson would be a great go-to first choice. Thank you!!

Instantly I felt comfortable with Alice, which we all know is rare with anyone, especially a medical provider on first visit. She was very professional, welcoming, attentive and patient-focused. We collaborated on my care, instead of me just receiving her direction only. Alice provided wonderful examples, information, answered all my questions and made herself available in-between sessions in a way that I didn’t feel I would burdening her. I am extremely pleased and grateful for the care and consideration received. HIGHLY recommend if you’re considering moving forward.

Awesome working with Laurie. I’m just curious if this is the best was to stay in contact with sometimes the Chat feature takes several days to receive answers to questions.

Horrible experience. Doctor refused to help me and legitimately yelled at and rage quit the visit. Bahattin Ergin should not be practicing medicine. Literally yelled at me to stop asking stupid questions and taking up time for the next patient.

The visit was quick, painless, and straight to the facts. I was able to get right back to caring for my child and work afterward. He seems like a great man.

Through my 19 years of living, 4 years of high school, and 2 years into college, Dr. James was by far the fastest I have ever took someone as a friend. He is beyond professional and skilled in his craft as psychiatrist and his many other certifications, being able to diagnose on a patient-to-patient basis. His humor is unmatched and I had the biggest laughs with him in the span of our 30 minute appointment. He prescribed me exactly what I needed for my condition and can’t recommend him enough. Thank you doc!

I've had a horrible experience with this app. I tried three different times with three different doctors and they were all horrible.
The first doctor never called my prescriptions into my pharmacy, and after a week of following up it turns out she's not even licensed to practice medicine in my state. This was a week ago and I'm still waiting on my refund.
The second doctor wouldn't see my until I prepaid on a completely different app after already entering in my credit card info to pay on Klarity.
The third doctor never showed up to my appointment and never answered my messages.
Klarity has never responded to my emails to the "patientsupport" email address outside of the autoreply that my emails were received and a ticket was opened. I'm pretty sure this company is a huge scam.

Very convenient app if you are disabled or a stay at home mother and cannot get to the doctors office as easy. My doctor made me feel extremely comfortable on my initial visit, and is easy to talk to. I am looking forward to this journey with him as well as Klarity Health. Thank you again.

I tried to leave a review for a provider that I had a terrible experience with and tried 5 different drafts of the review that kept getting rejected by the AI for various reasons! I literally was unable to leave a public review warning others about this dangerous provider!! This is a terrible platform that victimizes patients and then silences their concerns. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Had to switch providers due to an insurance change, I needed a prescription refilled. Filled out all of the forms, payment information come up uploaded my ID and everything and I feel like it's a scam. No one in there said that we had to use a 3rd party Insurance payment provider. It just said I was good to go so the provider felt it was OK to just know show me and then the condescending AI stuff is kind of unacceptable

Total Disaster – Late Provider Wakes Up 20 Minutes Late, Then Cancels for Insurance Check Without Warning, During My Mental Health Crisis
I booked an urgent initial mental health visit with Catherine Donnerstag (PMHNP-BC) on Hello Klarity for January 7, 2026, at 7:00–7:30 AM PT. I was in a serious mental health crisis and needed this appointment desperately for support. The platform itself was a mess from the beginning: no "Join Appointment" button ever appeared on my phone (despite constant refreshing, email/spam checks for links, and following support guides) or even on my laptop after repeated logins and troubleshooting. I was freaking out, convinced I was going to miss my only shot at help that day.
I messaged the provider multiple times in the portal, begging for help since nothing worked—no reply at all. The scheduled time passed in complete silence, spiking my anxiety to unbearable levels.
Finally, at 7:20 AM—20 minutes late—the provider answered. She sounded groggy and admitted she just woke up. Already unacceptable for any professional, let alone in mental health care where punctuality and reliability are critical for trust during a crisis.
But it got worse: She then canceled the appointment to "look at my insurance." No one—not the provider, not Klarity—had bothered to tell me beforehand that insurance verification was an issue or that the appointment might be at risk. I was left hanging after enduring the tech nightmare, the panic of nearly missing it, and waiting for her to wake up, only to have the whole thing scrapped without warning or apology. This wasn't a simple reschedule; it felt like complete disregard for my time, emotional state, and urgent need.
Klarity advertises convenient, same-day telehealth for mental health, but this was the opposite: platform glitches, an unprepared/tardy provider, zero communication about insurance problems, and a mid-appointment cancellation that wasted what little energy I had left in crisis. It actively made my situation worse instead of helping.
Avoid Klarity if you're in distress—especially for initial visits. Patients deserve advance notice, professionalism, and basic courtesy, not this chaotic, uncaring mess. Demand refunds, better accountability, and actual support for people in crisis.
Update: the provider then harassed me by text and email insisting the appointment was at 8am (even though I showed her receipts of the appointment time on my end). She wouldn’t stop. I had to block her. Horrible experience.

Provider no showed. Provider never responded to me in messages. Customer service never responded to my emails. Customer service phone # rang busy over and over with an odd ring tone like a spammy VOIP.

I had an initial visit with a clarity provider for weight loss services. The cost for the second visit was not discussed at the time of the first service. I was billed for the second visit 24 hours prior to the visit and could not find a documented cost for a visit posted anywhere on their website. When I complained to Klarity, they said it’s their policy to have the provider discuss payment verbally with the patient in the visit. They do not post. That’s inappropriate and a policy they need to revisit. In my visit reminder emails leading up to the visit, the cost should have been listed.

Ernestina Archer is one of, if not the, best healthcare providers I have seen. She is always understanding, empathetic, and lends an ear to my concerns and health conditions with which I live. I cannot overstate the indelible impact she has had on my life through our visits, having helped enormously to improve my sense of self and quality of life in general. My health has never been so well as it is under the guidance and care of this healthcare provider, and I cannot reccomend her enough.
