Dress was of poor quality and they sent the wrong size. Then told would be £15 to return on top of the £5 initial postage charge. Even if you take store credit they still charge you £5. What a complete rip off. Will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered a strapless bridesmaid dress which was absolutely beautiful. The color (champagne) was perfect and the quality of the dress material was great. I received so many compliments the day of the wedding. Unfortunately, once I received photos from my friend's photographer there was a noticeable "ripple" down the seam of the dress on both sides. Upon closer inspection the seam appeared to be loose on both sides. It wasn't noticeable when I was standing straight or the dress was laid flat but very noticeable when making any type of leg movement. Additionally, the top portion of the dress along the bust line kept folding outward throughout the evening. Not sure if it was because I have a larger chest or if it would occur regardless of breast size. After seeing the photos I immediately contacted Hello Molly customer service and sent photos showing the rippling on the dress. They responded immediately and provided a store credit for the cost of the dress. The customer service rep Steph was very helpful and although the dress had issues I would shop at Hello Molly again due to the handling of the issue. I would give 5 stars but needless to say I can only give 4 due to the faulty dress.

Ordered 3 dresses 2 separate packages!
I was surprised to see a £15 return fee applied to each order. I’ve never been charged such a high return cost before—this means my returns have totalled £30, turning a £90 dress into a £120 purchase.
I have several events coming up this year and, based on this experience, I won’t be shopping with your company again. I’ll also be advising others to reconsider if they ask for recommendations, as the returns policy feels unreasonable.oh not to mention the delivery on top of that, absolutely not worth this hassle!

Love this store! Dresses are beautiful, well made and shopped quickly. I do wish they offered a credit card refund but store credit is a good option. Customer service is great! £15 to charge to return an order to a UK warehouse is wild. To get in touch with anyone to get the return address to do your own return is impossible i’ve sent multiple emails now asking and nor is the return address on the FAQs which just shows.
The 5* reviews on here are very samey and the response from the company is always the same too & just copy and pasting the companies ‘policy’ of returning items nor is a genuine reply.
I completely get that i should read the terms and its probably my own fault that i just trust companies like this to not charge an absurd amount for returning an order.

They get a solid 4! The two dresses I got was beautiful and amazing fabric and feel to it. But one of them had tears all over the dress. It was tiny and you couldn’t see them so well, and the seam on the other was a little odd. I told them this, and now they’re refunding me for the dresses and I can keep them. They’re costomer service was 10/10, and the dresses was 10/10, but the tears and the seams braught it down to a 7/10. One other thing worth mentioning is that after the purchase, it took 3 days to get the dresses. That’s amazing!

I’m extremely pleased with the service I received from Winnie in customer service. She has been impeccable from start to finish while handling my order.
My order went through without applying the discount code I had, but Winnie kindly offered to honour the discount anyway, which I really appreciated. When I was unsure if the dress colour would suit my wedding venue, she also reassured me by extending the return timeframe so I didn’t feel rushed into a decision.

I had to return a dress and did not realize I would only get store credit as it was my first time ordering from this website. Winnie helped me get a refund to my original payment method and got it all sorted for me within 24 hours! Made the return process much easier. I ordered three prom dresses for my daughter and had to return two. The return process was seamless. I was able to check return status through chat option. The live agent, Tanya, was exceptional. She went above and beyond by offering a refund for my returned purchases rather than the stated store credit. I would highly recommend Hello Molly and ask for Tanya!
