I reached out for assistance with our usage and Tracy Behm was absolutely FANTASTIC. She kept me updated regarding updates and questions I had and when she was unsure she looked for answers and information. We have been super satisfied with the agents and our call handling and we appreciate all the help.

Very timely and didactic attention to configure Hello Sells with my company's applications at no time did they limit my attention time and what I requested was fast.

This Company used my credit card without authorization and signed me up for a different plan then asked for. This overage was the cost of $603. When trying to resolve, the company says that it cannot refund money due to their software. I also tried to reach multiple times and even had an email stream for them to return my call ASAP before any overage occurred. Do not use this company at all cost!!

I enjoy my services with HelloSells. I can focus on other areas of my business while knowing they are taking care of my phone calls and answering questions. I am looking forward to relationship my company continues to build with HelloSells.

The person who helped us set up our template for the answering service was great. He helped customize it to how we needed it. When it came to the execution by the people who actually answered the phones was our main issue. They didn't always read the script carefully or sent information to the wrong person. It was also kind of difficult to reached someone when our lines went down due to them having an outage. But other than that, they have been easy to work with as far as changing the script when needed.

The app was easy to use and the setup was a breeze. I enjoy the fact that they text and email my messages so I can determine the importance of the call.

We love the custom scripts you can create with HelloSells. They have been very reliable and their answering staff have been very professional. They make it easy to route calls and the documentation of calls is also very helpful.

HelloSells has been a great find!! We utilize their services to monitor our critical assets during the "off hours". Our monitoring system will forward an alarm notification email to HelloSells, and consistently, within a minute, the operator on the other end begins calling until they talk to a live person. Typically the total process start to finish takes less that 1 minute ….if the first contact answers. I cannot say enough about the company. From a risk assessment perspective, it was a home run for us to have ease of mind to know that our assets are protected during off hours.
