Late tickets but sorted efficiently
I had not received my tickets by the time my email had suggested so had to contact the customer services. They responded promptly saying the theatre had not released them at that point. I had to chase again 3 days before the event having still not received anything. I was then sent a link to the tickets that did not work. Emailed again and within a couple of hours this was rectified. Not sure whose fault any of this was but it was corrected in a prompt and effective way. (May have been because the tickets were for a NYC performance but ordered from the UK).

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Purchased Rockettes Christmas Spectacular tickets for December last July and still no tickets. They claim they sent to Ticketmaster in August. Ticketmaster never received anything. I’ve searched my computer & phone for hours and no tickets anywhere. Terrible waste of money….

It’s not a Broadway musical
It’s not a Broadway musical but then that is reflected in the price. It was a good show we were seated in the centre front row, which meant you could see the quality of the costumes (think the costumes need updating) If you sit further back then I think you would have a better experience

We had an easy ticket-buying experience. Our voucher was emailed immediately upon completing out prophase. Instructions for where to meet our tour group were easy to follow and understand. We were very satisfied with our tour and tour guide. We'd use Hellotickets in the future.
