IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Hello everyone how can I tell you about this company.
Weve bought tickets from this company through paypal and have never received any tickets or purchase confirmation.
Weve been emailing the company with no response at all this has now been reported to our bank as fraud or a scam .
I would trust any of the hellotickets websites wether you buying in France, Spain,Germany,Italy or any other country at all stay well clear off this company .
You also pay extra money for buying from this company and you would expect a really good service and would be treated with respect but once they have your money thats it they are a completely waste of space stay away and do not use these companies at all .
Trust pilot my reviews truthfull and shouldn't be removed.

Where are my tickets

Where are my tickets?
I emailed your help email last week and have yet to receive a response. I'm meant to be taking my disabled son to Manchester City, this weekend. I contacted Manchester City regarding access and they are concerned that the tickets are not legitimate. Please can you contact me immediately. Rather than disappointing my disabled child, and having to explain to him that his Christmas present is two tickets that aren't legitimate.

Horrible experience and worse customer service

Although I received notification that I would receive the tickets (guaranteed) before the match (football match in Italy), which I understand to avoid reselling; I got contacted around 2 weeks before the event to send data about the people attending as it was requirement by authorities. a week after I sent it, I receive another (this time alarming) notification to provide the data. From there, I sent the data again, requested acknowledgment and contacted no less than 20 times over email, form and chat WITHOUT A SINGLE RESPONSE.
As I don't live in Italy, I traveled (I had flights and hotel bought) without confirmation I would receive those tickets. Same day of the event I got a notification saying you were working with event company to send the tickets ASAP... thing is that 3 hours before the event I got the tickets... the message indicated I should print them, imagine having to search for a place to print, over weekend, in another country, having to travel 1 hour to the venue... very stressing...
To put a cherry on top the tickets were WRONG, they were with other names, different from the ones I sent two times. I finally got the tickets 41 minutes before the match started (IMPOSSIBLE TO PRINT THEM ANYWHERE)... I could get by explaining this to the security controls... buttttt... when I got to the assigned seats, they were occupied by people with SAME ASSIGNED SEATS!!!! so I had to find an empty place to seat... definitively a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE that I would never repeat and would never recommend Hellotickets to anyone.

Almost a scam

This is almost a scam: you purchase a ticket for a very high price; you do not know the price of the original ticket or where your place is.
Then you discover that the price is three times the original price and the seat is in the last line of the stadium. We are aware that Helloticket needs to make profits and margin but this is opaque and a ripp-off, almost a fraud. Never again

Sold me dud match tickets for Chelsea FC v Sunderland 25 Oct 2025…

I bought match tickets for Chelsea FC v Sunderland on Sat 25 Oct 2025 for my nephew for his first trip to Stamford Bridge to see his club (Chelsea) and he and his Mum were refused entry and informed that Hello Tickets had NO authority to sell me the tickets I bought!! It was heart breaking to see how upset my nephew was and I warn everyone DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!

Islas saronicas tour

I had a wonderful time on the Saronic Islands tour! The trip was well organized and everything went smoothly. Our guides Thomas, Anna, and Angelo were amazing – they explained everything clearly and made the experience very fun.

Angelo was especially kind and such a lovely person. He made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. We really enjoyed spending the day with them.

Soul diving

It is essential that on a tour of this kind we can feel an immersive experience and let the places we visit transmit their essence to us.
For this, we need to forget about everything else. And for this to happen we need to feel guided, comfortable and stimulated.

Ruined our day

Ruined our day. The guide showed up. Our names were not on his list. So we were told to call while he took off with tour group. We'd paid in full, no tour, no apology. A Sim card purchase and phone call later, assigned to a different tour, maybe, 1-ish, or 1:15. No lunch. Blazing hot by then. 1 day in seville was a day of frustration. Do not buy helloticket. NOT RELIABLE.

That said, according to the local tour operator, you were offered to reschedule the activity for 1:15 PM that same day, a proposal you accepted and with which you were ultimately able to take the tour.

For this reason, and given that you were offered a solution that you used, we regret to inform you that the local tour operator does not consider a refund appropriate in your case since you took the tour.

We are also aware that the local team apologized for their error and acted with the utmost care to assist you quickly. Therefore, we do not agree with your statement that there was no assistance or solution, as it is not accurate.

We appreciate your understanding and regret that the experience was not what you expected.

FOR THEM THE CUSTOMER IS THE LOSER

I undestand that is nobody's fault that the pope died. And taking that in consideration I expected them to work with me and meet me half way I didnt ask for a refund but for them to give me a close equivalent of my money's worth on another of the many venues they deal with. THEY DIDN'T EVEN TRIED! "The house doesn't lose" just us the customers as far as they are concerned. I really gave them options and was open to negotiate but they had none of it.

The worst experience ever.

The worst experience ever.
They put you 20€ per ticket of commission, available ticket, they let you pay the ticket in advance but didn't realise any ticket.
Wrote to me that a refund was going to be make (at least) but in the meantime I was with 300€ less in my bank account for the other 7 days. Well done, never and ever again!

Outrageous handling charge I had the most awful shock

I had the most awful shock, I booked a ticket with Hellotickets for Bruce Springsteen for 161 euros, when I got my credit card statement they had charged me an extra 565 euros as a handling charge, It is outrageous for one online ticket. Please be very wary of this company, they were very nice on email then basically charged me 565 euros for the pleasure, its outrageous, please be careful.
