I get the feeling that the term help to buy is a little misleading, it's a marketing ploy, get someone around get a very high price, then apply the 'help to buy' discount, to get what may or may not be a more 'realistic' price, thus trying to let the customer believe there getting a deal, also was a take or leave the price at the time of the appointment, which when dealing with large amounts of money is an unreasonable ask, my experience and advice, is buyer beware
