I ordered some goods and didn't get any confirmation letter, plus the goods didn't come after a very long time waiting, so I thought the order didn't go through (it happened a few times before where I just placed the order in the basket without paying for it, so I thought it is the same this time). After some time I forgot about this order and buy the stuff somewhere else. Suddenly after 2 months or so I received the goods delivered at my address, I checked my bank account and saw some money being withdrawn the day before. I wrote to customer service about it, saying there might be some mistakes because I didn't get any confirmation and since it took too long for the stuff to come, I have bought new one. I have been waiting and waiting. No answer still.
The whole thing has been handled poorly, from not having any order confirmation to the good take almost 2 months to arrive and money being withdrawn right before the goods are delivered. If they took the money right when I ordered. At least I would have known that the order got through.

I will never handle on this site again!

Good products that are difficult to find elsewhere and happy to see you now offer free delivery to post office box but the box was opened upon receipt which is disconcerting especially for a package with food items😳 I complained to them directly but got no response😞 so thought I would let you know as the supplier.

While placing the order, all products on stock. After one week of waiting for the package, the notification 3 products not avaliable. Promised to be delivered in a few days. After additional one week, still 2 products out of stock. One more week and one item out of stock all the time. In total awaiting 3 weeks for products to be shipped. One month after receiving the package, no refund for the missing product. Wrong impression and cannot recommend.
