I got everything on time
I got everything on time, where they said it would be delivered - at the mall in Aarhus. I was concerned at first because of the language barrier as I don't speak Danish, but they communicated everything really well. Much appreciated.

You didn't have the vitamins in stock…
You didn't have the vitamins in stock that I ordered, therefore you let me choose to send the order without or cancel my whole order. Why is there no option to choose other vitamins? I don't want to order again and pay the whole shipping price and I certainly don't have the time to re order all the things I ordered before again.

I am sorry, that we were not able to deliver the vitamins you wanted.
It is always stated wether a product is in back order or not. The expected date for when the product will be back in stock is visible on the product page under the "add to basket" button.
Furthermore, we cannot switch out products on an order, due to the fact that we are not legally allowed to alter the amount that you have agreed to pay upon creating the order.

Incredible - super fast delivery and good purchasing terms
Incredible. No need to order 500DKK of products like in most websites, delivery truly within 24hours or less. I ordered Sunday before 12:00, got it Monday in front of my door before 5:30am (woke up early)
Will definitely order again
(It is with DAO so be wary that it just leaves the package at your door)
