Ordered six packs of Melatonina received five. One of which was only just in date.

I placed an order with them on 15th May with 3-4 days delivery in mind, as stated on their website. It has now been almost two weeks. I have sent emails, used their sites 'Contact Form' and still NO response. This is a complete SCAM. Don't buy from them. I wish i had checked the reviews before buying in the first place.

Order placed 1 month ago with no product delivered. No response after repeated emails and online contact form submitted. Do not buy from this website. I have not received my order or received a refund.

ATTENTION & WARNING
I ordered for 55,25 euros 8.4.25 and have not got any confirmation at all. I have written several times and no response. This is really bad. Watch out - do not buy here.

I ordered 2 items from this site 3 weeks ago, and didn't receive either of them. Contacted the company by mail and through their website, but received no response. I regret ordering from this company and I will never order anything from them ever again. What a waste of time and money!

Uodate: We're now 3 weeks further and although there has been some email contact and they even said they will rerurn the money nothing has been sent , nor received

I ordered 50euros worth weeks ago..I've since tried to find out when it would be delivered but no response, not through any of the channels they offer.
I totally regret ordering from this company, I've lost 50euros which I couldn't afford and am now without my herbal meds which I really needed plus no budget left to buy them somewhere else.
Terrible service and probably a complete hoax!

Now 10 days later since the above - they've been in touch to say that I will receive a track and trace code, but so far nothing !

Really bad service and I just want my 50euros back without having to beg for it!

Incomplete delivery totally ignored. One item of my order (worth 14,71€ of a total of 46,10€) was not delivered and my messages were totally ignored, sent several and filled up the forms in the website, but they couldn't care less. Never again, keep away from this site if you don't want to be robbed.

I finally got the correct refund but I would still not buy from them. It’s a totally stressing experience.

I made an order on November 15th, order number TEZETYDQD. After 10 days of constant calls and emails they sent me the package missing 3 items. Since then I have tried constant calls and mails for the refund. They owe me 68.04€ and only refunded me 17.83€. Since then all they do is send me automated mails but no refund and no contact. They are thieves. Never buy from them.

And don’t bother answering here to send you mail you already have tens of them. You are the worst company I ever had to deal with.

I received an order of VJFFHORTN but the parcel is missing 2 drugs, these are Pediakid inmuno-fort and Melatonina. These drugs were not in the parcel. I write to you by email and you never answer. I am forced to contact the police. There is a video and photo of the parcel.
This is unpleasant.

November 6th 2024 I ordered 2 items and payd with Bizum. Since then nothing has been shipped and when I sent an inquiry by email the 22nd of November I only got an automated response back. Some BS about delays in shipments because of moving the warehouse.

I have sent more email since then and tried to get them on the phone many times. Without luck.

Looks like SCAMMERs to me. We will file a report at the police (Guardia Civil) today.

Everyone that got scammed should do the same and help to get that site shut down.

I’ve placed an Order JDZYJNGRQ on November 6 2024. After a week of silence I filled a form on their web-site with a question: when are you going to send my order? 3 more days - no answer. I needed this supplement for my son to help his immune system to fight with a herpes-virus. But after 1,5 weeks I still don’t have this medicine! I usually buy vitamins and supplements online in a different stores and pharmacies, and I’ve never had a problem before! This guys are scammers who take money from people who order something for their health and for the treatment of diseases. Shame on you! You will loose much more in the future, trust me! I’m going to go to Police, as I’m not alone with my case, as I see.

Placed the order, and nothing. No answer to emails, no answer to calls.

I ordered goods there worth over 80 euros. After the debit, I never heard from these scammers again. I sent several emails but never received a response.
Don´t buy there. You lost your money

As other reviewers have already stated, there is no communication. I contacted my bank as I thought I was the victim of a scam as the company didn't reply to my emails or messages and their phones don't get answered.
The order finally arrived after they had reimbursed me for one item they obviously didn't have in stock.
Not sure what's wrong with them, maybe they're dropshipping. The end result is the same:
I won't be buying from them again as I don't want to wait for many weeks for items I need when I order them.

I regret that I did not take time to see the negative feedbacks from other victims of this shop.

I ordered some items (QRDXMSNTD) for 74,76EUR + Delivery 8,26EUR (The website says that it is FREE when you spend more than 49EUR) on 28 August.
They received money securely and properly on the same date, however they do not dispatch any items. The status of the order stays payment received.
I wrote to them, asking when they dispatch the items, however, they do not reply at all.

It is a scam, it is definitely something to avoid unless you want to waste your precious time and throw away your money. I will do anything necessary for refund or delivery of the items. The credit card companies should ban this scammer, by the way.

I placed a order 8 days ago. I have contacted the company 3 times to find out where my order is as the status still says “paid”. They have not responded and I still have not received my goods.
