I am extremely disappointed with HerbsDaily and the way my order was handled. I placed an order expecting it to be shipped properly and delivered within a reasonable timeframe. Instead, almost a month later, I am still waiting for my merchandise.
The shipment was apparently not prepared or handled correctly, resulting in the package being stopped by Italian customs for additional verification. This has created an entirely unnecessary delay and an enormous amount of frustration for me as the customer.
What makes this particularly disappointing is that this situation could have been avoided with proper attention to the shipment and the documentation required for an international order. I should not have to spend weeks dealing with customs issues caused by the way a company handles its own shipment.
I contacted HerbsDaily because I expected them to take responsibility and resolve the problem, but the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. After nearly a month, I still do not have the merchandise I paid for.
Based on my experience, I would strongly caution international customers about ordering from HerbsDaily. When you order from a company, you expect your purchase to be shipped correctly and handled professionally. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all.
Very disappointing service and an unacceptable shipping experience.

I placed the order 18894 on herbsdaily.com on the 18th of March 2026. I never received the products I bought. Since then I am trying to get my money back by sending emails to your customer service but all of them bounce back. When I call you, your phone line is busy or I receive an audio that there is no one available to answer my call. I am located In Spain and I paid Herbsdaily.com an expensive transport fee.
I want my money back, thank you.
