My experienced sucked. Placed order payed for two to 4 day shipping. Never recieved. Sent 3 messages no response. Never got product. Or phone call. How are tbese people in business

I ordered a 100$ piece from this company and when it arrived to my house the box was beat to all hell and when I opened the box the bottom of the piece was shattered completely unusable i emailed them first thing that evening when I opened the box I was told to write my name on a piece of paper put it beside the piece take a clear picture and email it to them I did that then a week later I did it again because there was no reply and a week after that I re emailed them from scratch explaining that I had been in contact but that had gotten no response a week after that email with no response I emailed again to the person who told me to take the picture and three days later I have still not gotten a response all I wanted was a replacement or refund I was even willing to pay shipping again but none has returned my emails and now I'm out 100$ safe to say I'll never buy anything from this company again. There customer service is horrible there is no way to call anyone everything is done by email and I've received none that can help me

I purchased the following items:

BLACK CRANK & WINDOW AMSTERDAM GRINDER Ø63
-This is a great little product and neat design. It makes life a little easier and a fun item to whip out in front of friends. It has the usual three compartments and quality is great.

BLACK LEAF MINIATURE MIXING TRAY
-This little tray is very useful for mixing and general use. Although small in size I don't need anything bigger. Small and compact, it is a great size for what's needed and can even (just about) fit in your pocket if you need it whilst on the go.

BRASS TURTLE ASHTRAY
-I was expecting this to be a little bigger, but should have read the dimensions beforehand. Nevertheless it is a handy little ashtray and I love the design! Works very well with my other items purchased as they can fit well in any space (a small draw at home or on the go - although I don't usually carry an ashtray with me - regardless, you get the point!).

Concerning delivery time, I ordered my items on the Sunday and they were delivered the following Tuesday. Timing was great and the company was very useful at keeping me up to date on my order location.

Overall I highly recommend these three products and my experience with the company has been perfect. That's why I think it deserves five stars, no less.

I bought the Yoda ceramic bong, along with some rolling supplies (filter card, skins, lighter), and it all came in one box the next day in perfect condition. The yoda bong is great, and loads of people have been admiring it. Only £22 too!

I bought the Breitseite Glass Bong 420mm from herbtools and is so far the best bong me and my friends have ever used. If you're looking for a stronger high without using much weed and quickly this product is for you.

My package came 2 days after i order it and i really love that next day shipping, the Apx pulsar vaporizer i ordered is beyond the perfect product & i also love the custom skull design on it. It preforms beautifully with both herb & waxes/oils. i appreciate herbal tools making it so easy to find this item especially for someone who's inexperienced to buying vaporizers, it was a great find & I'd recommend this site to friends.

Recently got the spaced put astronaut bong as a gift. Smokes like a dream. Came very well packaged. Last bong I shipped was cracked all to pieces but Herbtools knows how to protect your valuables while in transit to you. Just wish the package came with a logo sticker. It's a sick logo.

I hate the taste of cigar so I love smoking from the new glass bong!
