I believe that this company engaged in a harassment campaign and broke GDPR because of a bad review
**Edit [23.10.2021]:** I have downgraded my review from 2 stars to 1 star because I believe that this company engaged in a harassment campaign against me over my original Google review. After I was forced to block them on WhatsApp, my personal data was posted on a public forum. The matter has been reported to the German police and the BfDI. As a result, I do not think that this is a safe company to use at all.

Google Translate incorrectly translated one of the driver's messages when the job was arranged which caused a lot of confusion on the day (literally an entire clause disappeared when translated into English because he'd forgotten to add a full stop in a WhatsApp message - for the record, using Google Translate was his idea). What the driver had actually asked for was impractical: as I'd planned to move the boxes myself, moving them onto the street before he'd arrived could have resulted in my things getting stolen. I'd expected the job to take an hour, something other drivers I'd spoken to that evening had quoted me on so I'm not sure why he only planned for half an hour.
When he arrived he behaved unprofessionally, complaining about how long I was taking as I was bringing the boxes down and at one point he injured his hand while moving his van (I was in the apartment at the time so not sure how it happened exactly). He moved boxes around even when no-one had asked him to which would have been nice if he wasn't also acting like such a martyr. I didn't mind paying the extra 30€ as it was still cheaper than other quotes I'd received and the job did take slightly longer than even I'd expected but I did not appreciate the driver leaving my boxes out in the rain after we reached our destination. I would give him one star for the abandonment alone but I do genuinely feel bad about his hand and hope it gets better.
My advice for improvement: please consider how stressful a move already is for your customers before needlessly rushing them early in the morning. Please also try to be careful while driving as I still don't understand how you injured your hand when your only job was to drive for seven minutes and maybe wait around for fifty.
