If I could give zero out of five stars, I would. My girlfriend bought $140 hair extensions for her sister for Christmas three weeks ago. Nothing ever came and no shipment information was updated. She messaged them, they never messaged back. Next time she went to check their Instagram page, which she followed, they had blocked her. One picture I provided is her trying to view their page from her account and the other is me viewing their page from my account. These girls have no idea what they’re doing and when something goes wrong, they take the money and run. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this crappy, corrupted, lame excuse of a company.

This company is a scam!!! I purchased a halo as a Christmas gift 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t even shipped yet. Not to mention when I simply reached out to ask when I could expect it to ship since I know things get busy with the holidays. I get no answer. I message them again a week later and ask for a refund and to cancel the order. They still haven’t answered me and they went and blocked me on both of my Instagram accounts. I know they blocked me because I asked for someone else to check and it showed up for them. Like how professional... I now am going to have to dispute the change with my credit card company. Just stay away they are clearly fraudulent!!!
