The heritage soft close toilet seats do not last - the hinges split the seat after a few weeks. I’ve replaced them once (supplied through plumber so too complicated to seek a refund/replacement). The replacements are now both showing the same problem (two bathrooms).

Expensive toilet seat not built to last…
I have had 2 of the graphite soft close toilet seats in 3 years (1 was a replacement for the other). Both had the same fault in which the hinge has come away from the seat. It’s irreparable as the mdf type composition just cracks and then crumbles. It’s frustrating as it was bought to match a heritage vanity unit and blind.

Very mixed bag.....good bathroom units
Very mixed bag.....good bathroom units, but two toilet seats have failed within 2 years, on different toilets....one losing its grey laminate exterior in portions, one completely broke at hinge. Very poor quality both.

I disliked the poor quality toilet seat hinges, which quickly corroded. I liked the speedy response to my complaint and the replacement hinges. Time will tell if the corrosion problem has been solved.

Very poor quality products
We had a Heritage bathroom installed about 6 years ago. Since then we have had a whole host of problems. The toilet seat broke very early on (clearly an extremely common problem). The main shower control and the diverter to the hand set have both been replaced, but now both need replacing again. One of the main bath taps had to be replaced. The latest problem is underneath the sink. Heritage have advised me on the part that needs changing, together with the not-so-helpful information that they don't stock this part. The solution offered by Heritage is a complete new tap set, priced at 420 pounds.
Heritage products look good, but that is all. They are expensive, their quality is really poor, as is the after-sales service.
Note added following reply below: I have not yet received a message from Heritage.

Double failure x 3
The quality within this company is unfortunately lacking.
I live in a community of 8 barn conversions where heritage bathrooms were fitted.
3 of us all had a problem with the same sink cracking in exactly the same place. Heritage did not want to know stating that we must have dropped something on it to cause the damage.
Double failure!
Sub standard products and sun standard customer service.
Would not recommend!
