Ordered an england 1990 3rd kit. Ordered an XL but in reality more like a medium. Shoddy stiching and the 'umbro' logo and writing not even straight. Took weeks to arrive and to be honest a complete waste of money.

Scam. Ordered a shirt in July never came

I ordered a jersey in July and have not received it. Website is down apparently please avoid at all cost.

I was very pleased with my order. It came in time to my mail-box. The shirt was all new, with tags an everything on it. Brilliant quality. I ordered from them in may, and I dont know what happened after that. It looks like they got some trouble, considering all these bad reviews

Scam. Bought 5 shirts, never arrived, stopped answering on email. So don’t buy from here

Update on my previous review: I'm trying to score a replacement jersey for an undersized delivery and I am in regular communication with a guy called Fabio who is promising me a free replacement. They have 'lost' all previous customer info so has asked me to submit all my personal info via email which is dodgy AF. However as its free, there's no financial information required and I've sent him a PO Box for an address. I expect nothing but we will see. Interestingly their 'new' website is now spelled heritagejerseyssco - spot the extra 's' in the middle? Supremely dodgy carry on lmao

I ordered a jersey from this site. It ahs not arrived. They have communicated that they are having issues with their website. I do not believe them as it's two months and the tracking number they gave was last updated on 7th July. The website cannot be reached now. Scam written all over it.

I got my jersey in about 2 weeks the print on the back is alright at best, so maybe don't customise it and go with no print, otherwise quality isn't bad but the store seems to have dissapeared, might have just been a dropshipper

The webpage disappeared and the order didn't arrive.

I bought a jersey, I got a confirmation email with no tracking number, and the item never arrived. The customer support had me running in circles while never giving me an update on my package. The online store is a scam. Please avoid.

Ordered on the 23 July and still not received product. No communication and no way of contacting them. Wish I had read these reviews prior to purchase! Do not go near these guys is my advice!

Order are slow or never arrive. Customer service is a joke. Customer service by email only and they reply sporadically and when they do, they do not adress the issue.

Nice jersey identical to what I saw on the website but they shipped the wrong size

They are unprofessionnal when dealing with your requests
the TN that they gave me does not work
would not recommand dealing with them at all

There was no communication as to when I could expect the shirts I ordered so I assumed I had been scammed. When they eventually arrived they were far too small. I ordered 2XL as the shirts were meant to be for comfort. They are barely a medium as they dont fit either myself or my 15 year old brother who wears medium size shirts.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Firstly, it took an absolute age to receive the product. It came from China. Then within just a matter of weeks at a low wash, a number of the letters came off the strip. We contacted Heritage and because it was over a month since we purchased it, they would do nothing! £40 down the drain and a very unhappy son! Recommend you go elsewhere for your strips.
