While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

We felt Hermans Hule like scam

We felt Hermans Hule like scam. My kids went there for one time entry like we go to Leo or Lego. But the receptionist made an subscription. After six months they sent a reminder for 821. DKk.

They seal money from people's accounts…

They seal money from people's accounts from the moment you sign up. Every month they withdraw money from your account automatically. We are a family that had money withdrawn from 2 cards. The first time we use the place, I paid with my husband's card and the second month I paid with my card, not knowing that in that month they automatically withdrew the money from my husband's account. The third month the money was stopped for both of us. When I called to ask for the return of the money on one of the subscriptions that I have proof and they can see this in the system said that it is not possible to return my money. practically a family we pay 2 subscriptions. BE VERY CAREFUL when you make subscriptions or buy something regardless of what activities, purchases and sites it is about.

Not to mention the fact that when I tried to close the subscription directly on the website because they didn't want to do it by phone, the button to send the request doesn't work.

Hermans hule Herning.

Hermans hule Herning.
Huge safety risks. Safety nets broken, missing fence. Broken and not child safety gate for downstairs: the staircase leading to downstairs is not safe for smaller children. How can one report this for some officials to come and check up the place?

Herning

Dirty, a lot of broken toys. Poor ventilation and the smell of fungus in the basement.
