I placed an order in July while some items were marketed as “on sale”. I have been waiting for these items for months but no progress has been made. Initially after about a month, I reached out to complain and received a bootleg standard response that mentioned about products being handmade and I was told that I would receive complimentary items in my order for the inconvenience. It is now pretty much November and I have received no update. I sent another email at the beginning of October asking for a refund, to which of course they did not respond.

Absolutely despicable company, completely useless workforce full of liars. This company is full of unaccountable thieves. NEVER buy from this business. I have already shared the news with all the people I know who I had initially spoken to about their “lovely range”. What a huge mistake I made getting involved with such a company.

Absolute scam. Great that a few people have received their orders and have loved their items. Whether it’s by luck or it’s their friends typing up fake positive reviews who even knows.

Ordered in September - it’s pretty much November - NOTHING yet.

Contacted about cancelling order because no longer needed and just don’t want to wait as I shouldn’t have had to when the item is listed as available - no explanation given just a perky reply of “we will refund you asap!” 21 days later and still waiting for that refund.

Have initiated contact again.

Literally zero communication zero accountability zero professionalism. What a joke of a company run from someones spare room it seems.

Bad customer service!
I placed an order at the start of August, I have contacted the HB Team manors of times but no one has contacted me back regarding my order? So at this point I’m not even sure if I will receive any of the items in which I ordered.

Since this review, I have emailed the company after they replied and told me to, they still have not gotten back to me! Complete scam

I ordered from Hermosa Babi in August, with all items listed as “ready to ship,” so I expected a smooth and timely process. In September, I finally received a shipping notification stating my entire order was on the way, but only three of the nine items arrived. There was no communication from them about the missing items, so I had to repeatedly reach out for an update.

After numerous attempts, I was told the remaining items would ship the following week, but that didn’t happen, and again there was no proactive communication from them. When I inquired further, I was told that the reason for the most recent delay and wanting to be understanding, I chose not to cancel my order and declined their offer for free items, requesting only what I’d paid for. Despite their assurance that the items would be shipped promptly, nothing arrived.

Eventually, I requested a refund as the situation was becoming intolerable. It’s now nearly November, and I still haven’t received my refund and am continuing to chase them down for it.

All communication has been led by me, and I feel extremely let down by this experience. I would not recommend ordering from Hermosa Babi and regret placing my own order.

I still have not received a refund although promised by hermosababi. I am now having to spend more time going through and official report case via PayPal.

Had ordered two of the same item (for twins) only received one. As much as a pain this is it, it is an easy mistake as not many will be ordering the same thing same size , twice over 😂 reached out to customer service and can say I had a reply the same day (22nd) with the outcome of they are sending another piece by the 24th , amazing customer service and the fluffy cardigan that has already arrived is absolutely spot on .. beautiful !

The order was delayed and I had to email. They got back to me in a timely manner and I then had a text from the owner who followed it up and assured me that he/she was putting it right, which they did!! I even had a message on day of delivery to confirm it all by the owner and they had put a few goodies in. My two babies had the London Mac each and OH MY GOD! Loveeeeeee! Ordering more stuff as we speak! Thank you Hermosa <3

One item was a little bit delayed but as it was hand made to order it’s understandable.

Customer care was amazing and received fast response with my delivery query. Definitely will be purchasing more items.

Items that I ordered are beautiful for our holiday, can’t wait to buy more pieces. Xx

Item was slightly delayed but I sent an email and it was rectified immediately. Sent out on 48hr delivery. Very pleased with the service, the email/fb communication and would def use again

Highly recommend this brand, they really take pride in the service they provide and the clothes look beautiful on my niece.

Honestly I can not fault anything about this brand. The navigation on the website and social media is super easy and detailed. I literally wanted to buy everything! Even my experience with the team was positive, very quick and considerate to my needs as I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and didn't want to cancel my order just change the size, they made it seem like no issue at all. The quality in the pieces are just as amazing as they look too! Highly recommend.

Hermosa Babi is a beautiful brand and is being held up but the beautiful mica! as for some of these reviews ‘fake’ shocking, me and my daughter travel to shoot with with the brand and is actually on the site wearing the handmade stunning clothing herself😊 the quality of the products are amazing and from starting from scratch and juggling being a mumma isn’t for the weak! well done mica!x

What an amazing company! I ordered an item that wasn’t in stock and received my delivery within 3 weeks. I couldn’t fault the customer service, they kept me updated and just genuinely were really lovely. The item arrived and it’s the best quality, couldn’t recommend them more! Thanks again

Firstly the designs are just sooo cute! Great for a baby shower gift if you don’t have children of your own.
Amazing quality and attention to detail. Can’t wait to have my own baby to dress her up.
Secondly the customer service is amazing! Super friendly owner and the service is just incredible from speaking over DM to the speedy delivery. Highly recommended ♥️

I bought some clothes from this company and got chatting with the owner over instagram who was just so kind and beautiful. She made a donation to the children’s charity I was supporting in Africa.. She truly has such a beautiful heart and company. The clothes I received were just as stunning! SOOO many compliments on them! Would 10000% recommend this company! THANK YOU Mica & Hermosa Babi! If I could honestly leave a 0 I would
I placed an order two/three weeks before I was travelling, a few days before traveling I contacted the owner to see the order progress she said that I would receive it on time which was a day before I was traveling. On the day I hadn’t received it so contacted her again I was told she would have it delivered by Uber that day she then said it would cost too much for her to do so (empty promises) as a sorry she said she would send out an accessory and a hat which again did not receive so I contacted her three weeks after once I returned from my holiday saying I didn’t receive it and was given a £20 off voucher looooool. Lies and empty promises I will never spend my money on this company again and you can keep your voucher.

If I could give 10 star I would! A beautiful unique little company online sharing the most intricate and delicate pieces, the clothes were so chic and eye catching to me I couldn’t help myself and go right in with a big order for one of my best friends new arrival! Ordering was quick and easy online and really nice to see the clothes styled on the instagram page to show a true reflection of the outfits.
After I ordered I realised a couple of the outfits were handmade so would take an extra couple weeks to arrive, I messaged Mica online who replied with promptness to explain it was a gift for a certain day and I didn’t realise it would take longer than the usual 3-5 days. With great empathy and understanding Mica managed my expectations and ensured my order would get made as a priority so I could have them sooner which was so kind.

On top of that she organised personal delivery to my address and gifted me 2 free pieces out of acknowledgment that I had to wait a few extra days than expected.

Mica was so lovely, very quick professional and delivering a service tailored exceptionally personal to the customer.

What could have been a stressful situation turned into one of my best online experiences and I can’t wait to order from mica again.

The clothes were absolutely beautiful and my friend loved them!
