The quality of this buffet is outstanding! It feels sturdy and solid like it will last many years. It arrived very quickly too. Some items I looked at would have taken 1-2 months. This arrived in less than 2 weeks.

A minor shippng problem was addressed and quickly resolved.

We were very happy with purchase. It did have a couple small scratches but not enough to go through a return. Lamp arrived before due date which was a nice surprise too.

The delivery process was not clear. The delivery driver left the furniture in my garage. He called the day before and said he would call 30 mins before arrival. That did not happen. He left the wooden pallet.I had dispose of it. I wasn’t prepared for everything I had to do.

This piece is gorgeous! Light, but not too "beachy", which is exactly what I needed. The rounded ends make it very unique. Shipping was good and it actually got here early.

The experience purchasing the furniture was great. The three star rating was because the delivery service used in the Los Angeles was below average. I was told the furniture would be delivered between 9 and 1. At 1:30 i called then was told the delivery would be by 5PM. The furniture was finally delivered at 6:30PM. I also had threshold delivery and on the previous purchase they set the box in my entry. The guy delivering kept arguing that it was a porch delivery I finally said just put it in the garage. My two prior purchases at Hernest I'd rate a 5. The delivery service on my third purchase was terrible.

It went really bad! I ordered a console it got shipped. Then it canceled without me doing so. You kept your 20% restocking fees d had me paying interest. It’s officially an internet scam. We order furniture, you can’t provide it, then you charge a fee. Refund my money. I never cancelled, you canceled my order!

Always answer the phone , and the delivery was exact time . Customer service was excellent.

I purchased a 53" Casimir console. I later discovered there was a flaw in (2) of the cabinet doors preventing proper closure. I notified the company and they provided me instructions on how to make adjustments. The adjustments failed to correct the matter. HERNEST sent me another along unit within days with full white glove service. The console is absolutely beautiful.

I ordered for the quality, its in storage untill our house is finished, i did open the top to see the color and grain structure and it was just as i imagined, the box came undamaged so im ok without unboxing the whole thing. The delivery was ontime and curtiuos.

I am impressed with the quality of the cabinet. It's solid wood with soft close doors and ample shoe storage. Assembly of the legs and door handles was simple, but it is heavy and requires two people to maneuver. It shipped much quicker than anticipated and was well packaged. I'm very happy with this purchase!

While the style was as pictured, the color was not. The console is more cherry than walnut. It’s smaller than expected as well. Also, there were scratches on two sections of the wood and one of the door knobs is very scratched up. The delivery team were also unpleasant. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience and I would not recommend this product.

Chairs are beautiful and sturdy. They came well packaged/protected. My husband had no problem putting them together.
