A very well made, great looking sideboard. Ordering was simple, shipping quick and customer service responsive when I requested a narrowing of the delivery window. The large sideboard was very well packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. A great experience!

Loved everything about it. Received, even earlier than expected, the high quality solid wood shoe cabinet I wanted. And it looks great. Perfect for the space available. And don’t have my shoes cluttering up my closet floor anymore!
It was pricy, especially with the expensive white glove delivery charge, but I feel it was worth it.

Delivery was very convenient and efficient. My sideboard came put together and very neatly packaged. The quality is amazing and looks great up close/in-person; exactly like photos and sturdy/heavy.

Overall had a great experience ordering from this company was skeptical at first . Delivery time was the only negative I would say took about a month to receive my item. I did call customer service in regards to the delays and the customer service was great had no issues .. overall very happy with the product would buy from them again

We absolutely adore our Arcela Dining Table. It’s constructed and designed exceptionally well, and we receive numerous compliments from our guests. They’re always asking where the table is from, and the price is simply unbelievable.

We recently purchased the Viggo 84” floating tv console. The order process went smoothly and very easy. After receiving our product, we noticed so surface bubbles under the laminate and notified customer service of the defect. CS was very prompt and responsive and immediately shipped us an identical console to which we were extremely satisfied with both the replacement as well as the customer support provided by Hearst.

I had to say, either you put it by my door or you take it back.

Then when we open the box, the table has chipped on one side.

We ordered 2 Sabina 48” shoe storage cabinets that worked perfectly as enclosed book cases …. We liked them so much that we ordered the Elliot 16” solid oak side table that looks beautiful between 2 Barcelona chairs! Items come very well packed. Hernest’s customer service is exceptional

I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. We ordered a beautiful coffee table, and when we opened it, we realized the top piece of the wood that lifts up was warped and did not sit flush to the rest of the table. I sent them an email on Saturday and got a response Monday! They immediately sent us a replacement that exceeded our expectations. The wood is real, its durable and very well made! I would highly recommend Hernest! Great product quality and customer service!
