Do not buy from this company!

I bought a jacket from this company. It does not zip properly as the Ferg gets caught in the zipper. I reached out to them about a return and they have been dragging their feet for three months. Every time I turn around, they’re asking for more pictures, more videos. It is ridiculous. I’m so frustrated to not have any recourse.

I bought a coat the 10/01/2026 ...3 dauys later Herno sent me a message telling me that the item was no longer disponible in my size and rhat they were going to reimborse me ..One week later , it was not still the case...I called the customer service and they said that I had to furnish a prove from the bank that the amount paid was not a pre-authorization ???? I went to the bank , sent them the proof , called them again and still don't have my money back after nearly one month...very bad experience with this company...never again...not honnest

Customers Service does not answer your question

You write to the customer service asking about the outer lining of the Dean rain coat and they just answer things you already knew and that you find in the description of the coat. I wanted to know whether some chemical items are used to make the coat water resistant. They just ignored my question.

Also the description is wrong: it says Made in Italy while it is made in Bosnia Herzegovina. I will return my two coats and no more buy from Herno.

Worst customer service from an online…

Worst customer service from an online brand that I have ever seen. They don’t give you information, they refuse to accept their responsibility, they are impolite and can’t solve any problem. Don’t buy online this brand

Used the sizing wizard on the website…

Used the sizing wizard on the website to order a $900 coat. It gave me a 14 based on my wife’s size 2. I called within a day to change the size and they told me there was nothing to be done — and this was before the charge cleared or the coat shipped. Told me to “refuse the order” and they couldn’t help me. Outrageous. Will never shop the brand again.

Service not of a luxury brand

Two identical coats ordered from Italy (to UK), different sizes so always the case that one would be returned. Then I find out that they are incredibly unhelpful about returns; don't include an invoice in the box so 2 weeks later I am still working with FedEx on the return; they charge £80 (from the refund amount) to the customer for the returned item.

There is also a quality problem with the other item, the taffeta parka, allegedly water-resistant. In conversation with them about that.

Shocking, not the service from an outfit who claim they are a luxury brand

Returned the order, never got the refund

I ended up returning the coat I purchased, all in a perfect condition, never worn and with all the tags. Their customer service confirmed that my return had been accepted and approved and I'll just have to wait for whenever they decide to issue a refund. It's been 1.5 months since they received the return and there's still no refund. It's $1,000+ coat and money wasted.

Bought a nice Herno jacket that has a…

Bought a nice Herno jacket that has a double zip - impossible to use. It is a major design flaw - it is almost impossible to get the zipper closed while wearing the jacket. The fact that the zip does not come to the end of the jacket but finishes a few inches from the end means you have to manipulate the pin and risk pulling the pin out of the fabric. I asked the retailer if he could get a single zip to replace the double zip - but he can not. I am so disappointed

Worthless quality - be aware

So i bought a jacket from a local dealer who sells Herno (amongst other brands) in Malmoe, Sweden. The jacket was leaking down from the first day. I was traveling alot at that time and showed up at the store two-three months after the purchase and showed them the jacket. They agreed that it was pretty unusual and leaked alot of down. I told them that i really loved the jacket and would like a similar. If they dont have it in stock, i can also take another jacket from Herno since i like their models.

The local dealer sent the jacket to Italy for checkup by Herno them selves. In return i got a textmessage that Herno claimed me of having used the jacket inapropriate and they wouldn't claim it back. (I work within finance and have used the jacket while walking to the office and home...)

Since i am a good customer to the local dealer he was a bit of ashamed so he took the jacket back and i got a full refund.

This is really sad because i liked the brand and their clothes but as a matter of principals i will never buy anything from this crap company again and wouldn't advice anyone else to do it either since they dont care about their customers at all. They take no responsibility for the quality issues after the clothes has been sold. Be warned.
