Scam!
Scam!! The services are operated under Hero Solutions Oy (Y-tunnus: 3579397-9), which appears to be a new or successor entity covering the previous company Hero24 Oy (Y-tunnus: 1026196-8).
Key issues:
• Hero Solutions Oy is not registered for VAT (Arvonlisäverovelvollinen) in Finland.
• The company is not active (recently established in late 2025 with no significant business activity or financial records publicly available).
• It is being used to cover / continue the operations of the previously bankrupt and fraudulent Hero24 Oy, which has a well-documented history of misconduct.
Hero24 / Hero Solutions positions itself as a legitimate platform for home and household services in Finland. In practice, the companies systematically:
• Accept advance payments but fail to provide the ordered services.
• Cancel jobs at the last minute with poor excuses and refuse refunds.
• Offer almost non-existent customer support.
Operating taxable services without proper VAT registration while collecting payments from customers is unlawful under Finnish law. Using a new, non-active shell company to continue the activities of a bankrupt fraudulent entity further indicates deceptive practices.
This violates platform policies on fraud, deceptive behavior, and legal compliance.

1. Immediately investigate the developer, the app, and the linked companies.
2. Remove Hero24 from the store.
3. Support affected users with refunds.
