Excellent customer service. This was the second time using this particular location for a car rental. Very efficient experience at both pick up and drop off. The only thing that keeps me from giving them a 5 star review was that our car smelled like smoke and the exterior was not washed prior to us getting it. Lots of buggies on the windshield. Otherwise super solid. We will definitely be back to this Hertz location again! Thank you.
