The vehicle I rented had issues with the cruise control not working on & off, with a warning light. I checked why there was a warning light on, and which than in diagnostics app it contacted Kia help line. They checked the vehicle on line and said I should probably bring it back & get another vehicle. This vehicle then started displaying other issues with the tire pressure sensors staying on & hill hold stuck on. For being in presidents circle as a customer this a low end vehicle. Poor entry vehicles to choose from.

Overall, I was able to rent a car for as long as I needed it; I had to extend the rental a couple of times and that process was easy and transparent. I was disappointed in the actual vehicle; it was filthy when they gave it to me and it had an indicator light on from the beginning that it needed an oil change. I don’t believe the car was maintained very well.
