They rented me a stinky car for Uber. Would not refund my money 5 minutes later when I returned it.

Horrible customer service
I rented a cargo van over a month before pick up. An hour before pick up I was informed they had no vans and gave me a full sized Dodge Ram. I rented the van to move my daughter back to college.
So I was really stuck. Everyone was out of vans. The truck was so high I needed to use a step stool with a string to pull it up just to get up to the step on the truck. Imagine a disabled short person with a full sized truck. 3 times strangers had to fix my stool so I could get out. So embarrassing. They had over a month to locate a van for me, but just stick me with a huge truck. Imagine how hard it was to lift the totes when the base of the truck was at my face level !! They sure do not care about customers needs. As long as the rental contract is filled.

Any time we’ve rented from you, we have not gotten the car that we were expecting. Once there was no car available.
