4 days before my reservation I found…
4 days before my reservation I found out after being told by a Hertz employee that someone would be able to help me put my vehicle on the trailer at the pickup location and that was not true. I called to pick up location and there is no one to help I had to do it myself. So on Saturday I called to cancel the trailer and I was informed at that time that there was no truck for me. And upon looking she said there isn't a 16-ft or a 26 ft within 100 mi radius. So 4 days before my reservation I had to cancel and go with you all
