Although the initial desk agent didn't…

Although the initial desk agent didn't honor/recognize the President's Circle choice options the lot agent did and allowed us to pick a car we wanted. The car was clean and car selection was good. Return was very quick and efficient.

It’s so good

It’s so good! So easy to pick up and drop off. I found my name on the reservation board. It said I needed to go to the service counter. It took about 5-10 minutes. (Not an hour or more, with whining children whom are tired from the plane ride.) I will continue as a satisfied patron.

Exceptional Hertz Rental Service!

Our recent experience with our Hertz rental at JFK was exceptional. This was caused by Julissa Muentes, with the assistance of Naomi and when we returned the vehicle Shawn assisted us.
I am a disabled veteran who needs handicap disability equipment on the vehicle. Julissa for years is the person I contact, and each time the vehicle is ready and waiting and operational. Our sincerity with love for the exceptional work by those who prepare the vehicle and those who monitor that it is ready. Naomi the assistant manager called before our pick up to let us know about the vehicle. Julissa had sent us an e-mail about the vehicle. We can share, that as loyal Hertz customers we look to our next journey to JFK.

Good experience

It is nice to have Hertz close to my home. The agent, Ariane, was very friendly and professional. She explained things very clearly. The check in process went quickly. I liked how photos are taken of the car and shared with me.
The only hiccup was that the car not quite clean inside. But Paul was fairly quick to take care of that issue.

Overall

Overall, rental experience was well received. Vehicle was was all that was expected. Process was seamless. What failed; I took the time to plan and refuel the car before drop off. I did so at the Shell station inside of the Indianapolis airport and immediately proceeded to drop off the vehicle. Dropped off vehicle received Bill 10 minutes after, and noticed that I was charged for 2 gallons of gasoline at $11 each. Not quite sure how this can happen as I actually returned the car with more fuel than it had in it. I received a 787 tank and I filled it to the top. I replied to the survey direct from Hertz with a moment of when I received it. You’re doing so I attached a copy of my receipt from the filling station. I have not yet heard back from Hertz, nearly 2 weeks later, however, I received multiple requests to fill out the survey.

I am still not listed as a President’s…

I am still not listed as a President’s circle member by your system even though I think I have had the status for about two months. Your people at the Customer service desk can’t see it and don’t know how to fix it.

Paid for services that didn’t work the whole trip!! There is a reason it is called Hertz, because it hurts to rent a car from them!! 😣

The customer service in New Orleans was superb!!! From the time I walked in to the time I left!!! It’s been a while since I travel but your team has brought me back from my fears!!! Thank you Hertz New Orleans team y’all are the greatest!!! Muah!!!
