pickup and return process was a nightmare! i returned the car in perfect condition and the agent said they could not confirm for me either way if the car was returned with no damage. desk agent at return was rude and arrogant. dealing with them was a nightmare and terrible customer service experience! I returned the car in perfect shape and just wanted confirmation that the car was returned with no damage and return agent was rude, arrogant, totally unhelpful and said he had no idea if the car was returned with no damage or not. Outstanding staff, but charged $12/per gallon upon return?!!!
The process and people at the desk were outstanding. Upon return, I did not have time to stop for fuel and knew that was was about to pay almost double for Hertz to fuel it, but that would have to be on. When the final receipt came to me at $12 DOLLARS/GALLON I absolutely choked. That’s absurd and you’ve lost my business forever.
