Waited nearly 45 minutes for them to get a car ready for me. It was reserved for 11am and it wasn’t available until 11:50.
Additionally, the car was not cleaned thoroughly, as there was napkins, garbage and previous renters information in the glove compartment.
Pick up was very easy. Car was in great shape and perfect for a trip. Returning the car took a little bit more time than I expected, but otherwise OK.
