Great Service For a Small Airport
For a small airport, this Hertz was extremely well staffed (2-3) on the front counter so the wait was only a minute or so. But, I was welcomed right away. Friendly staff, instructive. Vehicle was great, a VW SUV. Impressed. Great gas mileage. Concern - return spots at airport - there was only one left. No one in the lot to assist if there were no spots left. Then what????

The car I picked up in Flagstaff had a loose plastic engine plate that made a very loud flapping noise above 60 mph. They didn’t have another car available, and I needed to get to Phoenix, so I drove carefully and made it safely. I reported the issue when I arrived at the Phoenix airport. I understand they were out of cars, but it made for a very inconvenient drive.
