I had a bad tire on my rental car while…

I had a bad tire on my rental car while on a business trip to PA that could have been the worst experience while away from home. It wasn't, because John made a bad thing into an experience I can write about. He made sure I got into another car, all while my initial car was being serviced without me having to worry about it.

He showed care and took responsibility for the car. Life happens and can totally through you off course, but John made it all go away with just one phone call. Thank you, John!
