My Hertz experience
The young lady that was at the counter, at my check in, was not welcoming or friendly at all (which is why I gave 4 stars and not 5). She definitely does not need to be in a customer service role due to her lack of energy and poor attitude. The older gentleman that was there, however, was great and the complete opposite! I only got to interact with him at my time of drop-off, unfortunately, as he was helping others when I came in for check-in.

Horrible unprofessional staff ruined my experience
The staff at this location is very unprofessional and committed an act of fraud that I had to escalate to the corporate office. Kelsie has a very nasty attitude and lied to my face and attempted to charge me an extra $450 fee outside of the contract terms. The other staff herr was horrible as well. I was given a dirty vehicle and my time was not respected. This entire store needs retraining. I will not do business here again.

The office is understaffed and the car was in terrible condition. I drove one mile and then turned the car in immediately. They still charged me $200.
