I had an awesome experience at Hertz…
I had an awesome experience at Hertz rental agency downtown Milwaukee location. Normally, I walk in and the staff completes the necessary paperwork on the computer and about 10-15 min. later I'm handed the keys to the car and proceed out to the garage where the car is located. This particular time, I walk in the entrance, hand over my driver's license and Sierra hands me my license back with the key and the rental printout in what seemed like 1 minute 30 seconds. I was in shock, stood there for a minute with my jaw open and wasn't sure what to do next. I told Sierra she really impressed me; I was not used to that efficient customer service. Kind of felt like the cartoon road runner ran past me and I'm spinning in his dust. Phew!! - she blew my socks off. Just about close to the service you get at the airport where you talk to no one, just look for the vehicle with your name on it and hop in and drive away. This is why I keep returning to the N. Vel R Phillips Ave location.
The car was really clean and a perfect selection for me, a hybrid vehicle - so I saved on gasoline as well. Sierra really topped my rental experience; I'm blown away she took the time and trouble to make this rental period a delightful experience for me.

ended up having to pay twice because the associate could not find my prepaid reservation, and of course I had about an additional $200 in fees I had no idea I would have to pay. will never use Hertz again
