I've had two bad experiences in a row first on March 7th the car smelled like Marijuana. And now June 29th the car didn't have a full tank but the paperwork said it did. Even though I wasn't charged for those incidents after speaking to customer service for 30 minutes each time. It was still inconvenient delaying my travel time. Even though I'm a supposed gold customer the prices keep rising and the service declining

The lady who’s been working there…
The lady who’s been working there forever is great and has always been. She’s quick on the PC, shows you the car, they send the pics they take right to your email for your records also, and I was out. Returning it was a breeze. You go in with the vehicle filled to where it’s suppose to be with gas, hand them the key, and leave. They’ll check it in and send you an email. That simple. Definitely will go again if I need a rental.

Easy to Rent
The car was readily available when we went to pick it up. It drove well. When we returned it, an employee took care of the return process so that I didn't have to stand in line behind people picking up vehicles.
