I rented a car for ONE day charged for SIX
I rented a car for ONE day. I was quoted at 107$. Hertz charged me for SIX days. Charged me 600$!!! I’m furious. I rented it on Aug 28 from Ilikai hotel in Honolulu and returned it to the airport the very next day Aug 29. I’m furious. This is not right.

There was no after hours drop off
There was no after hours drop off. If I wanted to use the car for a day but didn’t want it overnight, I had to drop the car off by 3pm.
The checkout process also took an hour even though I reserved it ahead of time as well. If you plan to rent a car, be sure there is an after-hours drop off which is not here!
