I always work with this location in Rocky Mount and every transaction has been AWESOME and pretty seamless! All of the staff have been great to work with so far, but Devin has been AMAZING to work with, as he is the one that usually assists me with my rentals! He goes the extra mile, even to the point of assisting me with questions about the features of a vehicle that weren't familiar to me, suggesting the best vehicle for my particular trip, and ensuring that I understood the rental/charges before leaving the lot, and even being available for questions when I may have had to call, and etc.! Actions like these have made such a huge difference when embarking on my trips to have such a great start with a rep like Devin (and the other members that have helped in the past), it takes the stress out of the whole process! I will definitely continue to work with this Hertz location! Thank you for my great experiences thus far!
