Loved the car I was given
Loved the car I was given. I have a prius and was nicely suprised that I got a hybrid as my rental car. I enjoyed driving the Kia Niro and it almost got the same mpg that my prius does. Pick up and drop off was very simple. I was renting as my car was getting some body work done as my neighbor had backed into it. Hertz made the whole car swapping easy. My car will need some more work in the near future and I will difentily use Hertz again.

The team at the Downtown San Diego…
The team at the Downtown San Diego location is what makes my experience great, literally! Their kindness, patience, and hospitality have kept me coming back time and time again. I have rented from several companies before, primarily budget/avis, and even other hertz locations but often times you get employees that look at you as an annoyance, a nuisance, a problem. People that don’t like the job they signed up to do and take that out on you. Not here, even when I’ve had issues with my card or they’re sold out of cars, they still keep that same level of kindness and respect. It’s those little but huge actions that go a long way. I appreciate the kindness, the clear communication, and hospitality of the team at the downtown San Diego Kettner Blvd location. Thank you Taylor, Kenley, Eva, and Perry.
