Out to lunch!
I got a car the same day I requested it. Pickup was easy. Drop-off was problematic again because the local office goes on a lunch break between 12:30 and 1:30. I don't understand how three people are working at that location. I showed up at 12:45 and had to come back. Things would be a lot simpler if there was a drop box, where I could leave the keys regardless. Very frustrating

Misinformation
I ordered a rental through Uber. No one notified us that the location is closed on weekends. Uber let me return it on the weekend but I got charged a late fee I had no idea about. They upcharged me already since I wasn't 25 and they didn't have the economy vehicle, so there was another upcharge for a different vehicle. A $254 rental became a $700 rental for only 3 days. That's some bullshit
