This location in particular finds ways to add charges. This visit was the second time they I have arrived and they said I had to pay more than the reservation. Last time they said they called me to say didn’t have any cars, despite reservation months in advance. Then I go to the location in person and they say they have a vehicle but only if I’m willing to pay another $30 per day! What?!? So shady! Unfortunately this is the closest rental location to my home and I don’t own a car so I reserved another time a few months later only for them to do it again, this time quoting $13/day for another fee AFTER I HAD ALREADY HAD THE VEHICLE. To make it worse, it was a few days into the week long rental and they said they would be back dating the charges to the first day. Such a scam.
The cars are super cheap/basic models missing many common features.
Going to find a different company.
