Very rude
I recieved a call from a woman called Pauline, saying I owed money for an old phone bill. I tried to tell her that I did not know what she was talking about, but she talked over me. I finally hung up on her and called the company back to speak to her manager. Imagine my surprise when I learned that she owns the company. It's amazing to me that someone so rude could own a company! I guess no one is willing to work for her and that's why she has to place the phone calls herself! I finally convinced them they had the wrong person. I did not receive an apology, but at least they have stopped calling me. Wow.
