Closed with no warning
Center was closed when i turned up. Had to cycle 20min in icy weather each way. Terrible customer service.

No answer anymore to requests
Booked a test and need to cancel, and change into a pcr test and change the date. No response to my third email.
When I had questions via email before I purchased the test they answered always within 1 hour.
Are you ignoring my requests?

Unprofessional and sketchy
Took the test 3 weeks ago. No results.
Emailed them 4 times because they’re unreachable by phone. No response until today. They said my test has been ‘mishandled administratively’ but offered no apology or reason why it took so long to respond to my 4 emails.
They gave me a voucher code that didn’t work, twice. Finally got the right one. Now I have to go through the entire process again, which is difficult because the place where you pick up the test documents is miles away from the blood lab. I’m lucky I didn’t urgently need my results to travel.
