Ordered the Adama Vinyl Mat from Heugah Interiors this April and found both the product and the shopping experience to be excellent. The online store was easy to navigate and they had a great selection of products for very reasonable prices. I was worried about shipping and returns and so phoned to find out more before I ordered and the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. I hadn't received a shipping update - which was my fault as the emails had gone into my spam folder and I'd missed them - so emailed to check and again the staff were very friendly and helpful. My order arrived in good time, securely packaged and the vinyl mat was excellent value for money. I highly recommend this company.

I shopped around for the particular rug I wanted and saw that Heugah Interiors offered a service where you can pay to receive a sample of the rug, then you send it back and they reimburse you. But if you then ordered a rug, you got an extra discount.
What made it even better though was they also proactively gave me a code for 20% off, as the sale was starting in two weeks' time and, as they framed it, we all know how frustrating it is when you buy something only to see it cheaper afterwards.
The order actually ended up being delayed and the communication about what had happened, how they were fixing it and when I could expect the rug were great.
This is an example of a business that thinks like a customer, not a company. Top marks.

I cannot recommend Heugah Interiors highly enough. The team - Mark and Alexandra - are so helpful and were super accommodating, giving a real personal experience to buying online. Buying a rug online can also be a bit daunting, but they went out of their way to make sure I ended up with the right choice. I'm delighted with my rug - and it was at a good price too. Five stars!
