Bait and switch pricing. À jacket was on sale online, which I purchased. But the store owner wouldn’t send me the jacket and said it had been incorrectly priced. I insisted that she send me my merchandise. I never received it. The owner stopped taking my calls and responding to my text. I was a long-time customer, but no longer.
Do not trust this vendor. They do not abide by any of their return rules. I shipped an item back to them within 24 hours of receipt. Their website states that they will email you upon receiving your return. I received nothing. I used the new customer 20% off coupon. Beware, if you use this coupon it will make you ineligible for a return. Instead you will be forced into getting a store credit.
