my friend deposited INR 120,000 Through the IMPS method using the beneficiary account details displayed on the HFM deposit interface. He was also advised by an HFM account manager to use the IMPS deposite method. During the transfer, He even mentioned "HFM" in the payment remarks.
The bank has confirmed that the trasaction was successful credited to the beneficiary account. There is no pending reversal, refund, or bounce-back.
However, HFM Continues to state that their PSP did not receive the payment .
HFM big fraud broker so don't deposit any fund...be aware from HFM scam.. my friend is victim of this Fraud. Awareness for other people.
★☆☆☆☆ 1/5 – Poor Transparency
One of the most frustrating things was not knowing what was going on. Requests would stay pending for days, and explanations were often vague. As a trader, I need clear communication, especially when my funds are involved. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience.
Poor communication and delayed payments. I've worked with several broker partner programs, and HFM has been one of the most frustrating. Referral activity appeared normal, but commission payments were often delayed without warning. Support responses were slow and repetitive, usually blaming system issues rather than providing clear answers.

# HFM Refused My Withdrawal and Canceled My Profits
I deposited 400 USDT (TRC20) into my HFM account and traded XAUUSD manually. I managed to generate profits and my account reached approximately $1,150.
When I requested a withdrawal, HFM refused the withdrawal and later sent me an email claiming that my trading activity violated Section 26 of their agreement. They canceled all my profits and terminated the business relationship.
I strongly disagree with this decision because no detailed explanation or evidence was provided to support these allegations.
I have proof of:
* 400 USDT deposit.
* Trading history and account statement.
* Profits earned through trading.
* Withdrawal records.
* Email sent by HFM regarding account termination.
I am sharing my experience to warn other traders and to request transparency and fair treatment. I hope HFM reviews my case and provides evidence for their accusations.
Account Number: 87802359
I am willing to update this review if the issue is resolved fairly.

WARNING TO THE TRADING COMMUNITY – MY EXPERIENCE WITH HFM
I deposited $10,000 into my HFM trading account and traded normally. After a series of successful trades, my account generated a profit of $13,577. However, because of a position that was held for approximately 40 minutes, HFM suddenly accused me of "fraudulent trading" and refused to pay out my profits.
What is even more concerning is that when I requested evidence to support these allegations, HFM failed to provide any clear proof. Shortly afterward, all information related to my trading account disappeared. My MT5 trading history and account records were no longer accessible, leaving me unable to review or use the data to defend myself.
Accusing a client of fraud without presenting evidence is unacceptable. Removing access to trading records after a dispute raises even more serious questions about transparency and fairness.
I am sharing my experience to warn other traders to think carefully before depositing funds with HFM. If a dispute arises, ask yourself: will your rights as a client truly be protected?
reply : Dear HFM Support Team,
Thank you for your response.
I acknowledge your reference to Clause 26 of the Account Opening Agreement regarding prohibited trading activities. However, your reply only cites the general provisions of the Agreement without providing any factual evidence demonstrating how my trading activities violated those provisions.
Therefore, I formally request that HFM provide the following information:
Please specify exactly which trades or positions in my account were determined to have violated Clause 26. Kindly provide the ticket numbers, instruments traded, opening and closing times, and the corresponding reasons for each alleged violation.
Please clearly identify which specific subparagraph(s) of Clause 26 you believe were breached by each trade. For example, whether you allege arbitrage trading, picking/sniping, the use of Expert Advisors, abusive strategies, hedging between related accounts, news trading exploitation, gap trading, or any other prohibited practice.
Please provide all evidence, logs, reports, technical analyses, IP/device correlation records, execution records, or any other objective materials relied upon by HFM in reaching the conclusion that I engaged in prohibited trading activities.
Please explain how a position held for approximately 40 minutes constitutes prohibited trading under Clause 26, and identify the factual basis supporting this conclusion.
Please provide a complete copy of my trading records and account history, including all MT5 logs, order execution records, and account statements. Following this dispute, I have been unable to access my complete trading history, which prevents me from independently reviewing and defending my trading activities.
I respectfully emphasize that merely referring to a contractual clause without disclosing the evidence supporting the allegation is insufficient to justify the confiscation of profits earned through trading.
Until HFM provides clear and verifiable evidence demonstrating that I violated the Agreement, I reject the allegation of prohibited trading and maintain that my profits were generated through legitimate trading activity.
I request a detailed written response addressing each of the points above within a reasonable timeframe. If sufficient evidence cannot be provided, I respectfully request that HFM reconsider its decision and release the withheld profits.
I reserve all rights to escalate this matter to the relevant regulatory authorities and dispute resolution bodies should this issue remain unresolved.

I'm made deposit of INR 120000/- and it's been more than weeks and my fund hasn't been credited to wallet. After multiple emails- HFM Support India team replied me as your payment slips doesn't belong to our payment providers. Before making deposit HFM account manager called me suggested me for IMPS deposit through app, I did the same whatever account details were shown in HFM App, I transferred the amount to that account, during transfer I had written HFM Market in transaction remarks. Payment from my bank has been successfully debited and credited to beneficiary account.
HFM have found out new kind of deposit scams in India- beware of HFM and stay away from this fraud broker.
By Monday if fund didn't got credited then I will file an police complaint against HFM and it's payment providers.

HFM has the worst spread ever, common, what was that, imagine 4H spread as wide as 4line express road. You could actually do better…. Above all until there is change, I’m gone for good.

The HFM side sent emails, all saying that there were price discrepancies and violating transactions, but they locked other people's accounts, and did not provide evidence. They only sent unreasonable terms and conditions, without any evidence to prove the violation. Meanwhile, with the same method, one of my friend's accounts was burned, but they did not refund the original, but locked the account, which is very unprofessional.
And here is the email sent to my friend:
"Dear Mrs. Linh,
Thank you for your email.
Please be informed that your account with the wallet ID 66095180 has been terminated.
Please note that HF Markets (SV) Ltd (herein the “Company”) has acted in accordance with Clause 36.2. of the Account Opening Agreement. If you wish to review the terms of this Agreement, the effective version can be found on our website.
In this respect, please be informed that we will not proceed with reopening of a closed account.
We would like to thank you for your collaboration and wish you every success in your future endeavors."
While my friend's capital of $500, by that method, was burned, but HFM did not refund.

Warning: HFM cancelled my legitimate profits under vague "Prohibited Trading" claims (Case ID: HFSV202665801887_01) myHF account 65801887
I am writing this to alert the trading community about HFM's unfair business practices. My account (ID: 65801887) was suddenly terminated, and my hard-earned profits were completely confiscated under the vague excuse of "Prohibited Trading" (Clause 26).
I officially submitted a complaint, and HFM provided a response with Case ID: HFSV202665801887_01. However, their so-called "evidence" is just a standard server log showing normal trading activity, and they failed to provide any irrefutable technical proof of market abuse. They are simply using their unfair terms and conditions to avoid paying out successful traders. If you are a profitable trader, be very careful. HFM can and will delete your profits at their own discretion whenever you start making money. I demand that HFM Compliance management review Case ID: HFSV202665801887_01 thoroughly and return my legitimate profits immediately

I set up one buy limit order with a stoploss in place then went ahead with my other business. After awhile I came back to MT5 to check how my trade was fairing.I was surprised to note that although I set one buy limit order, it was TWO trades opened simultaneously with one closing at the stoploss and then one that I didn't enter still running in reds. Quite unfortunate. Never encountered such a hitch or should I say foul play

I have used it for a while but I have noticed and also a friend noticed when NewYork session closes their chart moves very different from other brokers with a ridiculously huge difference, it's like they are stop loss hunting.. can you imagine how difficult trading is and then you have a broker working against you after mastering such a difficult skill! and also refusing to pay people with big amounts of withdrawals and locking up their capital in this economy?!
