We felt conned. Balcony leak into a bedroom. First the boss came and suggested we find the leak before starting work. Seemed a good idea. The team turned up but without any electronic devices as seen on TV.
They found where the water was falling through the ceiling and after a couple of hours " found a hole "where they said it was coming in and patched it up. It was funny we had not seen that obvious hole before, I thought. Did not test it. The boss never came at anytime to check out the men or their work or to say if or if not that was the hole. Anyway, next heavy rain the water was dripping through the ceiling just as before. I won't use them again.
