HHV Reviews 

I have used HHV for several years now as someone who lives in the UK. They take much better care with packaging items than Vinyl Digital in Germany which is the main reason I shop with HHV, despite VD offering better / cheaper priced records. Like other reviews, it's true that HHV ignore emails when people point out issues and faults which they may not particularly like. I've experienced getting ignored more than once over the years, like my most recent email from 02/02/2026 which I have chased up again on 10/02/2026 for an answer regarding quality control issues with sleeves and releases I had purchased and paid for that were in stock at the time but appear to somehow be sold to other people, again, despite my very large order 17344-30309 already been paid for (I won't disclose the amount, HHV can see how much money I've spent on this order and others). Delivery is okay for the most part, I preferred UPS over Fedex until Fedex became compulsory for my purchases. My Recent Fedex delivery did have issues though. The driver claimed an attempted delivery and provided a picture of a random house (not mine), which is worrying when trusting someone with such a large and expensive order, I have the relevant Fedex complaint correspondence to corroborate this. I've given HHV three stars as they do for the most part try and correct things that go wrong but, I also can't ignore instances in the past where they have frustrated me beyond the point of resolution.

Update 16/02/2026: On 12/12/2026 HHV with no prior communication took it upon themselves to combine my outstanding order / items with a new order that I placed a few days back. I never requested this or gave them permission to do this and appears to have been done to save them shipping the remaining previous items at their expense. Staff did however email me after the fact and gave me a partial refund for the missing / damaged sleeve situation, still slightly unclear about the rest at the moment but have removed 1 star for leaving it this long to finally respond to me and taking it upon themselves to make amendments I didn't request. The only reason I'm guessing they replied was due to this review as the email was labelled "! high importance". Can't be that high importance as it's been crickets since.

Perfect packaging and items in pristine condition. The delivery was a bit confusing because they didn't specify my floor. This delayed delivery by two days.

Delivery is consistently reliable and on time, which I appreciate. However, my main concern is the lack of proper follow-through on special requests sent via your service email. Each time I reach out, I receive an automated response stating that the inquiry will be addressed within three days, but I have yet to receive an actual reply from a customer support representative.
In one instance, Customs required additional information to proceed with the clearance of my shipment, but this was never addressed by HHV. I ultimately had to resolve the issue on my own to prevent the shipment from being declared abandoned.

Perfect shopping experience overall, I got a great discount on a jacket I wasn't able to find anywhere! Fast shipping, great products and great user experience. Thanks 🙌

Twice I have received a sealed record with defects which would have been made at the pressing plant.
Each time HHV customer service has acted quickly and communication has been first-rate.
On each occasion a full refund or credit note has been offered.
Hence why I still order records from them.

Placed an order for a oakley beanie. Sent promptly but just got lost in transit quite clearly (not their fault i get that).

However I emailed half a dozen times asking for support / next steps and received NO RESPONSE.

Ignored all of my emails, not even a generic response. Poor..

Reliable store. I have ordered items on multiple occasions and items always arrive on time with great communication.

Great assortment and releases you won’t easily find elsewhere - HHV is truly one of the best destinations for record collectors and music lovers.

However, the customer care side feels like a completely different company. Zero empathy, and no effort to resolve even simple issues.

I placed an order on December 5th with a two-week delivery estimate. As of January 9th, I still have not received my items.

My attempts to contact the company have resulted in very slow and unclear communication. In our last interaction, I was informed that due to the delay, my order would be canceled and my money refunded. However, only the cost of the vinyl record was reimbursed. The shipping fee has not been refunded.

I am very disappointed with the service provided. I would like an official position from the company regarding the whereabouts of my order. I would love to still receive my item, but if it is not possible, I would like a full refund (item + shipping costs)

They have a realy large cataloge of music carriers. And mutch good collectibles. For me personaly its the best store for Hip Hop albums.
